I'm Kim Burst Wood, a fifth-generation Floridian raised in the heart of Winter Park. As a lifelong local with deep roots in both Winter Park and Maitland, I bring not only an insider's knowledge of these vibrant communities, but a genuine love for their unique homes and rich history.

I grew up surrounded by realtors, artists, and interior designers-and that creative, service-driven foundation led me to open my own interior design firm, Indies Landing, right on Park Avenue. Over the years, I've had the privilege of spending time in many of these beautiful homes and building lasting relationships with the families who live in them.
