I'm Kim Burst Wood, a 5th generation Floridian who was raised in Winter Park and has extensive knowledge of the areas of Winter Park and Maitland, along with it's amazing history. Growing up in the heart of Winter Park in a family of realtors, artists and interior designers, along with owning my design firm on Park Avenue called Indies Landing, has allowed me the opportunity to spent time in many of these lovely homes and being apart of the lives of the families who live here.
